Fixed rate per hour
Clarity about the prices is of great importance to us. Also, each dispute or case is different regarding the circumstances and therefore the time required for the case in question. For these reasons, we charge our tax specialists a fixed fee for an affordable rate of € 149 per hour (excluding VAT). At the end of the case, a (final) settlement takes place. For some cases, you pay an advance at the beginning, which is settled with the final bill.
Fixed fee
It is often possible to make a fixed price agreement when the case lends itself to it and it is reasonable to estimate how many hours will be involved. You then pay a fixed amount for the whole thing. That way you know where you stand and you have certainty about the costs. In some cases, you pay the first half of the fixed fee at the start of the case. When the case is completed, you pay the remainder of the fixed fee.
